Statrunners tracks stats from every official event replay. If you’ve played in one, you already have a profile here — it just needs to be claimed. Claiming links it to you, so your avatar, match history, and stats show up as yours.
This is the one step everything depends on. Statrunners proves a profile is yours by matching your Discord to your Ubisoft account. If the two aren’t linked, claiming can’t verify you — so do this before anything else.
Three quick things. Sort these first and the claim goes through on the first try.
The big one, again: Ubisoft account → Connections → connect Discord. This is what proves the profile is yours.
Or another Chromium browser (Edge, Brave). The Connect step uses a Chrome extension. Firefox and Safari aren’t supported yet.
You’ll sign in with Discord — no separate password to make. It’s how we confirm it’s really you.
Five steps, once. After this your stats follow you across every Statrunners event.
Add it from the Chrome Web Store. It only reads your Ubisoft profile page when you press Connect — nothing else, and never in the background.
Get Statrunners+Go to statrunners.com and choose Log in → Continue with Discord. This confirms it’s you — nothing is linked yet.
Two ways to reach the claim screen — either works:
statrunners.com/claim to link your account directly.A tab opens to your Ubisoft account page. Let it fully load — the extension reads your profile from that page and links it automatically. Keep the tab open until you’re done; it only takes a few seconds.
You’ll see “Profile claimed.” Your avatar and a verified tick now appear on your profile, and your stats are yours across every event.
The claim almost always works first try when these are true. Most failures come down to one of the “don’ts.”
