Claim your profile & see your stats

Statrunners tracks stats from every official event replay. If you’ve played in one, you already have a profile here — it just needs to be claimed. Claiming links it to you, so your avatar, match history, and stats show up as yours.

About 3 minutes · one-time setup

First, connect Discord inside your Ubisoft account

This is the one step everything depends on. Statrunners proves a profile is yours by matching your Discord to your Ubisoft account. If the two aren’t linked, claiming can’t verify you — so do this before anything else.

What you’ll need

Three quick things. Sort these first and the claim goes through on the first try.

Discord linked in UbisoftRequired

The big one, again: Ubisoft account → Connections → connect Discord. This is what proves the profile is yours.

Google Chrome

Or another Chromium browser (Edge, Brave). The Connect step uses a Chrome extension. Firefox and Safari aren’t supported yet.

A Discord account

You’ll sign in with Discord — no separate password to make. It’s how we confirm it’s really you.

Step by step

Claim your profile

Five steps, once. After this your stats follow you across every Statrunners event.

01

Install the Statrunners+ extension

Add it from the Chrome Web Store. It only reads your Ubisoft profile page when you press Connect — nothing else, and never in the background.

02

Sign in with Discord

Go to statrunners.com and choose Log in → Continue with Discord. This confirms it’s you — nothing is linked yet.

03

Find your profile

Two ways to reach the claim screen — either works:

Open Players, search your in-game name, and click your row. Unclaimed profiles show a grey monogram and an “Unclaimed” tag — that’s the one to claim.
Or skip the search and go straight to statrunners.com/claim to link your account directly.

04

Press “Connect Ubisoft”

A tab opens to your Ubisoft account page. Let it fully load — the extension reads your profile from that page and links it automatically. Keep the tab open until you’re done; it only takes a few seconds.

05

That’s it — you’re verified

You’ll see “Profile claimed.” Your avatar and a verified tick now appear on your profile, and your stats are yours across every event.

New to events, or your matches aren’t uploaded yet? Your profile may look empty at first — your stats attach automatically as soon as a match you played gets processed.

Do this — not that

The claim almost always works first try when these are true. Most failures come down to one of the “don’ts.”

Do
  • Link Discord to Ubisoft first. Say it with us — it's the single most common reason a claim won't verify.
  • Use Chrome, Edge, or Brave so the extension can run.
  • Keep the Ubisoft tab open until you see “Profile claimed.”
  • Claim your own profile — the one that matches your Ubisoft account.
Don’t
  • Don't claim someone else's profile. It's locked to your Ubisoft account — you can only claim the one that's actually you. Others just time out.
  • Don't close the Ubisoft tab early. If it hasn't loaded, there's nothing for the extension to read.
  • Don't upload replays. That's the event host's job — as a player you never upload anything.
  • Don't panic if it “times out.” Claim codes expire after 5 minutes for security. Just press Try again.
Troubleshooting

If something’s not working

It says “session timed out” or won’t verify me
This is almost always one of three things. Check each, then press Try again:
  • Your Discord isn’t connected in your Ubisoft account (the big one).
  • You’re not signed in to Ubisoft in the tab that opened.
  • The extension isn’t installed or enabled in your browser.
It will also time out if you’re trying to claim a profile that isn’t yours — you can only claim your own.
I can’t find my profile, or it’s empty
A profile only exists once you’ve appeared in an uploaded match. If your event’s replays haven’t been uploaded yet, your profile may not be there — or may be empty. It fills in automatically once your matches are processed. If your event has already run, ask your host whether the replays are up.
My stats look wrong or incomplete
Stats come only from replays your event host has uploaded and confirmed. Missing matches usually just haven’t been uploaded yet — reach out to your event’s host or admin.
Do I have to do this for every event?
No — claim once. Your profile follows you across every Statrunners event you play, past and future.
Is my Ubisoft and Discord data safe?
We only read your public Ubisoft profile to confirm your account ID, and use Discord only to verify it’s you. The extension reads nothing else and does nothing in the background. More detail in our privacy policy.
